NUSA DUA, Indonesia, Nov 8 (Reuters) - Indonesia's strategy to raise the obligatory palm oil material of biodiesel to 40% next year from 35% will require extra feedstock supply of around 3 million metric heaps, a senior Indonesia Palm Oil Association (GAPKI) official stated on Friday.

Indonesia's unrefined palm oil output is seen at 48 million metric tons in 2024, down 4% from in 2015, however is expected to rise to 50 million in 2025, GAPKI board of advisers member Joko Supriyono informed the Indonesia Palm Oil Conference in Bali. (Reporting by Munthe Writing by Fransiska Nangoy
